Softer yet more durable than cotton, with superior moisture wicking - this short will last for years! Bamboo green thread at waistband provides contrast detail. "4" logo tab at top. "Compression" look without the tight grip... perfect for layering or covering up at the beach too!

NO drawcord to fuss with -- the waistband is fully elasticized (relaxed elastic). The eyelets are for aesthetic purposes only!

This is my third pair of these shorts in a size S. I really like them. The stretchy soft rib fabric is great for shorts and feels awesome to wear.

I am 6’4” 200 lb with a 31” waist. I often wear a 30w jean (I would wear smaller waist if they came in longer inseams but 30w is usually the cutoff for tall mens jeans). I wear a M in other 4-rth styles, but an S in the rib shorts on the initial advice from the owner, and it works for me. But I will say that these shorts fit nowhere near as long as what’s shown in the 6’1” model pictures. These are an upper thigh, short short on me. Even accounting for the height difference, these are shorter than what you would expect based on the pictures. Maybe because my thighs are thicker?

Form Fitting, Fun, & Fine

I bought my first pair of Fusion Shorts seven years ago and have loved them ever since. The unique eco-conscious birch fabric is super soft against your skin and conforms closely to your body as you move. They always look “right”!

Although I first purchased them for hot yoga (which they are perfect for), I now own several pairs and practically live in them all summer.

Since Fusion Shorts are close fitting, you’ll want to consider what to wear under them. As a former ballet dancer, I like to wear a dance belt, but a simple thong might work too. When hanging out at home, they’re soft enough to wear with nothing underneath.

Bonus, you can feel good giving this company your money. 4rth walks the walk, doing all their own manufacturing right here in California USA, rather than outsourcing to China.

First, I just want to say thank you for your amazing customer service! In today's environment it seems like quality customer service is a thing of the past. This is not the case with your company. Although I have only worn your fusion shorts and racer-back tank top once I have been extremely pleased. The tank top seems a little snug around the stomach area. Part of that could be I do not wear tank tops or slim-fitting clothes. As for the shorts, what a amazing feeling! They fit well, do not roll up, and look very stylish.
