We ship via USPS 1st Class & Priority Mail . International orders are shipped via USPS International Mail unless designated as a country that requires "expedited" shipping for secure shipping purposes. You will receive email confirmations along the way. Please specify in your order "notes" if you prefer alternative shipping or contact us directly to make arrangements. (cesar4rth@gmail.com)

Return & Exchanges

What is our return policy?

If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the right size. If it's damaged, we'll replace it with a new one. 4-rth.com will accept a return of unworn, unwashed & undamaged merchandise for an exchange, refund or credit . If you wish to return your merchandise for an exchange, credit or refund you must notify us within thirty (30) consecutive days of receipt of merchandise. All sales are final after thirty (30) consecutive days so inspect your 4-rth goods immediately! Please include your order number when returning your merchcandise. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only; deliverycharges are not refundable. "SALE" items are final. There will be a 10% reduction to your Refund for Pet-Hair removal.

International buyers have a 40-day window from date-of-shipment to request a return/exchange.

How do I return an item?

To return an item simply initiate the return within fifteen (40) days from the date you received the item you wish to return by contacting us. We'll provide you the appropriate return address. We must receive your item back within 45 days of when we shipped the item to you. (60-days for International orders).

When returning your merchandise try to use a trackable shipping method and mail to:

4-rth.com is not responsible for customer returns that are not received by a trackable method. Please allow approximately two to three days for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card. Paypal is generally within 1-2 days.
