Every purchase from 4-rth.com is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) for an exchange or credit. For EXPEDITED shipping, please contact us directly (contact info below) otherwise allow 2-3 business days. For apartment complexes we generally ship via USPS Priority Mail and otherwise we typically ship via Fedex 2-day. You will receive email confirmations along the way. Please specify in your order "notes" if you prefer alternative shipping or contact us directly. 

Return & Exchanges

What is our return policy?

If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the right size. If it's damaged, we'll replace it with a new one. 4-rth.comwill accept a return of unworn, unwashed & undamaged merchandise for an exchange, refund or credit . If you wish to return your merchandise for an exchange, credit or refund you must notify us within ten (10) consecutive days of receipt of merchandise. All sales are final after ten (10) consecutive days so inspect your 4-rth goods immediately! Please include your order number when returning your merchcandise. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only; delivery and service charges are not refundable.

How do I return an item?

To return an item simply initiate the return within ten (10) days from the date you received the item you wish to return by contacting us. We'll provide you the appropriate return address. We must receive your item back within 20 days of when we shipped the item to you.

When returning your merchandise always use a trackable and insured shipping method and mail to:

 4-rth.com is not responsible for customer returns that are not received by a traceable method. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
